Drew Foster first started hairdressing in 1990 when his aunt Joy Agar was nominated Avant-Garde and Eastern hairdresser of the year, which she won at the British Hairdressing Awards. This work inspired drew to become her apprentice, leaving a business degree to study the art of wig making, hair up, and cutting hair.
Moving to London in 1996 Drew embarked on a nine year career with Toni and Guy. Becoming creative director he headed education for Essensuals for a period and was nominated British Men’s hairdresser of the year in 2002.
